After that time, we can no longer guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible, as the order may already be in the shipping process.

To change or cancel an order you recently submitted, please simply give us a call as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please be aware that as our system is designed to fulfil orders very quickly. Customers are given one hour to cancel their orders after order placement, but after the first hour we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel or change the order once it has entered the shipping process.
