Our Free UPS Return Shipping lets you mail your purchase back to our e-commerce Centre at no additional cost within 30 days.
Alternatively, always for free, you can return your order in store.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

Returning online purchases by post, is super easy and always free. Here's what to do:

Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product, making sure to include the proof of purchase delivered in the original order (the one in the black envelope) and filling the ‘Return Reason Form’ section (Quantity and Reason).

To return your package for free, you will need a new UPS return label. Just request it from our Customer Service, by email (customer.care@uk.sunglasshut.com) or by phone (0800 026 80 27 Mon-Fri 10AM-7PM), providing the original order number and confirming your original shipping address.

To meet your needs, we provide three alternative options for returning your order back to our e-commerce After Sales Centre:

1. BOOK A PICK-UP AT YOUR PLACE: call UPS on 03457 877 877 to book a free pick-up to any address in UK;

2. USE UPS DROP OFF POINT: take your return package to one of UPS Drop Off Points in UK (https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_GB) where they will take care of everything for you;

3. RETURN IN STORE: Purchases made on Sunglasshut.com/ukre refundable/exchangeable within a highstreet Sunglass Hut store (excluding outlets, concessions and airports) with the only exception of Sunglass Hut online collaborations, Oliver Peoples and customized orders;
The return procedure usually takes 5-10 business days for your return to be received and processed by our After Sales Centre.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method and normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification when we authorize the refund of the item(s).
Remember, your package needs to be post-marked on or before 30 days after your purchase for a refund. Returns shipped after 30 days from order date won’t be accepted.
Customers bear the risk of loss for all items shipped to Sunglass Hut until Sunglass Hut accepts and receives the delivery from UPS. You will be able to track your return on www.ups.com.
Please note that store purchases may not be returned by post and must be returned to a store.

Sunglass Hut Replacement Discount

Occasionally sunglasses break. It's sad, but true. But when it happens to sunglasses bought at Sunglass Hut, we replace them with the same pair (or equivalent, if unavailable) at 50% off the original price.

INSTRUCTIONS

Broken sunglasses? Don't stress. If you break your sunglasses within 12 months of your purchase, our Sunglass Hut Replacement Discount lets you replace them with the same, or if unavailable, an equivalent pair at 50% off the original retail price. It'll definitely help take the edge off a tragic moment.

Keep in mind, this discount may only be used once and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. It does not apply to loss or theft, and you must present your proof of purchase. Maui Jim products and products sold as “Imperfect” are not eligible for this program.

If damage does occur, bring your frames into store and we'll give you an identical pair at 50% off the full original retail price.

You can enjoy this offer anytime up to 12 months after purchase for sunglasses purchased at a Sunglass Hut store in the UK (excluding outlets) or www.sunglasshut.com/uk.

FOLLOW 3 SIMPLE STEPS

Step 1: Return your damaged sunglasses to any Sunglass Hut UK store (excluding outlets)

Step 2: Provide your receipt as proof of purchase

Step 3: Exchange the broken sunglasses for a brand new pair by paying 50% of the full original retail price
