• Premium Engraving and Ray-Ban Remix items may take an additional 2 business days for processing.
• Ray-Ban Remix items cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes
• Ray-Ban Remix items will ship via standard delivery 3-5 business days
• Sunglass Hut reserves the right to use alternate shipping services that provide the same delivery expectation.

You can now choose to collect your order at Sunglass Hut store, our associates will be happy to assist you with your order at collection.

Most in-stock items will be available for pickup within 2 business hours. Stores with no stock are also listed as COLLECT IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS* as we can ship to the store always for free. In case of missing availability in-store, your shades will be shipped at the chosen location free of charge: you will first receive an email as an update on your order, then you will receive another email as soon as your shades are shipped.

Note: You can collect your order when it’s convenient for you! Orders will be kept in-store for up to one week for pick-up (weekends included). Don’t forget to check store hours.

GREEN SHIPPING

Green shipping option is fulfilled by logistics providers using sustainable solutions to reduce climate impact. Delivery may take up to 7 business days.

The providers calculate carbon emissions from pickup to delivery; the carbon emissions are then offset through climate protection projects including reforestation, renewable energy, waste disposal, wind power and others, supported by the logistics providers.

The carbon neutral service is verified by a certified auditing company (i.e. Société Générale de Surveillance)

Who is Roadie™?

We are partnering with Roadie™ for Same Day Delivery service from our stores in the US. Once your order is confirmed and is out for delivery, we will send you an email with the delivery tracking code for real-time updates on your delivery. Roadie™ will send SMS notifications to the phone number provided for the order as soon as the shipment is out for delivery and when is delivered to you.

Shipping to Canada

When placing orders outside of the United States, import fees and customers declarations will be assessed.

Re-routing Shipped Packages

For security purposes, we are currently unable to redirect a packaged once it has been shipped. If our shipped is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, it will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
