Occasionally sunglasses break. It's sad but true. So if you break or damage your purchased sunglasses within 12 months of the date of purchase, our Oops Coverage replacement discount is available. This replacement discount is 50% of the retail price paid at the time of purchase for the damaged sunglasses towards the purchase of a new replacement pair. 75% discount will apply for purchases made with the Sunglass Hut credit card.
Your damaged sunglasses must be returned with proof of purchase to any Sunglass Hut retail store* in the country of purchase within 12 months from the original date of purchase. Replacement pairs must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase pair. Discount may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. Does not apply to loss or theft. Just bring us your receipt within 90 days
Sometimes things just don't work out. And we totally understand. If you're not thrilled with your purchase, you've got 90 days from the original purchase date to return your purchased sunglasses in original condition to Sunglass Hut for either a full refund or an exchange.
You'll just need your proof of purchase and original packaging. Without proof of purchase, we will exchange or issue a store credit based on the current selling price for sunglasses in original condition and with original packaging.
Returns and exchanges only apply to items that Sunglass Hut sells. Gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft or damage. Learn more
Trade in pairs that don't meet the highest standards for up to two years
You have high standards; we have high standards. If your sunglasses are defective within 24 months of purchase, we’ll replace them.
We do not offer spare parts or repair services in stores. If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine if you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Additional terms applying to our Perfect Pair Promise
Our Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise applies only to purchases of sunglass products by consumers. It does not apply to commercial purchasers or resellers of sunglass products. Our Perfect Pair Promise does not apply to sunglasses sold as "imperfect" or "as-is merchandise". All claims are subject to the returned sunglass product being genuine and unaltered.
It does not apply in the case of lost or stolen sunglasses or where Proof of Purchase is not provided. All claims must be made within the stipulated timeframe from the date of purchase.
To make a claim the consumer must return the sunglass product to any Sunglass Hut retail store in the country where the product has been purchased. If for any reason the consumer cannot return the sunglass product to the original Sunglass Hut retail store, the consumer should contact Sunglass Hut customer service at 1.800.sunglas (1.800.786.4527) or www.sunglasshut.com.
The consumer is responsible for paying its own costs associated with making the claim.
Any refunds will be provided with the same method of the payment or store credit upon discretion of the consumer. The refund amount will be the amount of the original retail price paid by the consumer as evidenced in the provided Proof of Purchase document. Where the original purchase was made by gift card, a replacement gift card will be provided.
The consumer agrees to transfer ownership of the returned sunglass product to the Sunglass Hut retail store. The returned sunglass product will not be given back to the consumer.
The Sunglass Hut retail store will assess the sunglasses to determine whether the claim falls within the terms of the Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise. The Sunglass Hut retail store's decision is final. You may also have a right to make a claim under the manufacturer's own warranty for the sunglasses. You should check the manufacturer's warranty for any right of return and conditions for return. The Sunglass Hut retail store will in any case offer assistance for 24 months from the date of purchase, despite any shorter term of the manufacturer's warranty. The Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise does not exclude or otherwise limit the terms of any manufacturer warranty. Sunglass Hut reserves the right in its discretion to cancel or modify the terms of the Perfect Pair Promise at any time.
Application of consumer laws
For consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by the Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. The Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise does not exclude or otherwise limit any rights or remedies of the consumer conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. For example, you may have additional rights of return where the sunglasses have a manufacturing defect.
