Who we are
Born in 1971, we started as a small family business running a kiosk in a Miami mall. In just over 50 years, we’ve grown that business into 3,000+ stores worldwide as part of EssilorLuxottica, global leader in eyewear and home to eyewear’s most famous brands.
Even with our growth, we strive to bring that same family feel and welcoming spirit as the very first Sunglass Hut to our stores today. And that’s where you come in.

As Market Manager, you’ll oversee a group of up to 10 stores within the region and run your designated home store. In this role, you’ll support the team to meet their goals and help them seek out career development opportunities. Your role also includes managing and improving customer service, hiring new team members, assessing business performance, and enforcing brand standards. If you have a team-oriented mindset and are great at leading teams this may be the role for you!
Multi-store Manager
As Multi-store Manager, you’ll lead the charge to create an atmosphere that reflects the Sunglass Hut culture, overseeing operations and driving results in a group of stores within the same mall. In this role, you’ll ensure each of our stores has a fun, inspiring, and inclusive environment and you’ll lead a team of brand ambassadors – training them on our policies, procedures and how to train staff themselves. If you are a problem-solver with a knack for inspiring and motivating others this could be a great fit!
Market Assistant Manager
As Market Assistant Manager, you’ll lead all daily operations in a store – sales, coaching, and hiring new team members. You’ll be a guide and a point of reference for our in-store team, inspiring our Store Associates to provide our guests with the best possible shopping experience every day. If you have strong leadership skills, customer service experience, and a detail-oriented mindset you’re encouraged to apply!
Sales Associate
As a Sale Associate you represent The Sunglass Hut Experience, carrying out store operations, staying in the know about new merchandise and fashion trends, and providing our guests with an enjoyable and unique shopping experience. You’ll help stage all store decorations and materials in a way that grabs the attention of our guests, as well as conduct inventory control, and carry out promotions, contests, and incentives. If you’re interested in retail and you have strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset this may be the right role!
Store Manager
As Store Manager, you’ll be the on the floor leader at your store – acting as a guide and a role model for the team. You’ll be in charge of coaching and inspiring the team and creating an environment that facilitates excellent customer service. You'll also help identify opportunities to drive sales and reach store goals, as well as hire and train new staff members. If you have strong leadership skills, retail or customer service experience, and a detail-oriented mindset this position may be a great fit for you!
Assistant Manager
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work in partnership with the Store/Market Assistant Manager to oversee all daily functions of your store including selling, coaching, merchandising, and hiring and developing new team members. You’ll be tasked with executing the strategic plan, finding new ways to drive sales, as well as coaching and inspiring the team to increase store performance. If you have customer service experience, strong leadership skills, and a detail-oriented mindset you’re encouraged to apply!
