1. Information on how to enter the Competition and the entry process forms part of these terms and conditions of entry and is the property of the Promoter. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related entities and agencies connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter. 3. The Competition commences at 5pm on 29 August 2019 and closes at 9pm on 29 August 2019 (“Competition Period”). All times in these terms and conditions are expressed in the local time of Melbourne, Victoria.
4. To enter the Competition, entrants must, during the Competition Period:
(a) be in the Bourke Street Mall in Melbourne, Victoria in the vicinity of the Sunglass Hut store located at Shops 1-3, 271-281 Bourke Street Mall, Melbourne (“the Store”) and/or in the Store;
(b) be randomly selected by the Promoter’s representatives and be issued with one of the two hundred (200) helium balloons and accompanying instruction postcard (“the Balloon”);
(c) attend the Store and hand over the Balloon to a staff member of the Store; and
(d) select one of two hundred (200) Competition holographic discs in the Store (“the Disc”) as directed by a staff member of the Store.
5. Competition entry is limited to one (1) entry per person and each entrant may only win one (1) prize.
6. The prize to be won by each entrant will be recorded on the Disc.
7. A total amount of two hundred (200) prizes are available to be won as follows:

8. The value of the total prize pool of the Competition is up to $2,000 (including GST). Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes must be taken as described and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as described.

Each winner will be required to complete a winner’s form in a format as determined by the Promoter in order to claim his/her prize, including but not limited to providing his/her contact details including postal address. Each name and state of residence of a Credit prize winner may be published on the Sunglass Hut Australia Facebook page by 3 September 2019 and may also be announced by the Promoter through social media. By entering this Competition, each entrant requests that his or her full address not be published.
10. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these terms and conditions and the Competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency and/or proof of entry in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, age, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Each winner’s prize will be provided to the winner in the Store during the Competition period.
