• Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
• Any orders placed after 12PM on Fridays will be processed and ship on the following business day.
• For all orders placed after 12PM, please allow one additional business day for processing.
• Carrier delays are possible during high order volume periods and may affect shipping times.
• REMIX frames are tailor-made in Italy according to your specifications, and therefore involve longer processing and delivery times.
• Delivery is free on all engraved and customised orders at www.sunglasshut.com/uk.
• All engraved orders are made to specification there will be an additional day for delivery times.
• All Ray Ban Remix orders require additional processing therefore every order Order placed within 23:59 PM CET will be delivered within business days.
• Sunglass Hut reserves the right to use alternate shipping services that provide the same delivery expectation.
• We ship anywhere in the UK except Guernsey and Jersey. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled from this website.

You can now choose to collect your order at Sunglass Hut store, our associates will be happy to assist you with your order at collection.

Select “Click & Collect” option in the cart and choose a store from the list. Most in-stock items will be available for pickup within 2 business hours and marked as ‘COLLECT TODAY’. Stores with no stock are also listed as COLLECT IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS* as we can ship to the store always for free. In case of missing availability in-store, your shades will be shipped at the chosen location free of charge: you will first receive an email as an update on your order, then you will receive another email as soon as your shades are shipped.

Note: You can collect your order when it’s convenient for you! Orders will be kept in-store for up to one week for pick-up (weekends included). Don’t forget to check store hours.

Green shipping option is fulfilled by logistics providers using sustainable solutions to reduce climate impact. Delivery may take up to business days.

The providers calculate carbon emissions from pickup to delivery; the carbon emissions are then offset through climate protection projects including reforestation, renewable energy, waste disposal, wind power and others, supported by the logistics providers.

The carbon neutral service is verified by a certified auditing company (i.e. Société Générale de Surveillance).

For security purposes, we are currently unable to redirect a packaged once it has been shipped. If our shipped is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, it will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
