THE POSITION

The Sales Associate determines the success of every Luxottica customer experience. As a Sales Associate, you’ll get to perform almost all store functions, including opening and closing, merchandising, and of course selling. Meeting your individual sales goal and ensuring that your customers’ needs are met is always the top priority.

ASSET PROTECTION ADVISOR

THE POSITION

This unique opportunity will provide a luxurious environment in which to work and you will be a committed Asset Protection Advisor reporting on a daily basis to the Store Manager.Your role is to protect the assets of the Flagship Store whilst also ensuring the safety of staff and customers. You will be responsible for the identification and apprehension of shop lifters, patrolling the shop floor in a discreet manor. You will also play a vital part in training the team on security best practice and conducting regular security checks. You must be alert, proactive in your approach to deterring theft and have high levels of Customer Service skills. You will be working alongside the Store Manager, taking direction from them and must be able to work both off your own initiative and follow instruction.

QUALIFICATIONS
