Sometimes things just don't work out. And we totally understand. If you're not thrilled with your purchase, you've got 30 days to return your purchased sunglasses to Sunglass Hut for either a full refund or an exchange.
Your purchased sunglasses must be returned in ‘as new’ (undamaged) condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase (with “Proof of Purchase”, we mean a receipt, invoice and/or a duly filled guarantee certificate if showing the purchase price), to a Sunglass Hut retail store within the country of purchase 30 days from the date of purchase. We will provide an exchange for new sunglasses that you select (up to the amount of the original purchase price paid) or a full refund of the original purchase price paid.
Our change of mind promise does not apply if you have broken or damaged the sunglasses in any way. It cannot be used or combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.Learn More
Occasionally sunglasses break. It is sad, but true. So if you break or damage your purchased sunglasses within 12 months of date of purchase, our Sunglass Hut replacement discount promise will apply.
The replacement discount is 50% of the retail price paid at time of purchase for the damaged sunglasses (75% replacement discount will apply for Sunglass Hut credit card holders). Your damaged sunglasses must be returned with Proof of Purchase to any Sunglass Hut retail store in the country of purchase within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Sunglasses are protected by a minimum of a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty. Sunglass Hut will honor manufacturer warranties that cover defects in material or workmanship on the frames, on condition that the original proof of purchase is provided. The warranty does not apply to lose or missing screws, scratched lenses, loose, damaged or missing nose pieces & nose pads. Alteration of products will void warranty. If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to a warranty claim.

Our Sunglass Hut – Perfect Pair Promise applies only to purchases of sunglass products by consumers. It does not apply to commercial purchasers or resellers of sunglass products. Our Perfect Pair Promise does not apply to sunglasses sold as “imperfect” or “as-is merchandise”. All claims are subject to the returned sunglass product being genuine and unaltered.
It does not apply in the case of lost or stolen sunglasses or where Proof of Purchase is not provided. All claims must be made within the stipulated timeframe from the date of purchase.

Refunds cannot be processed at the store. Refunds can take up to 3 working days to process and up to 10 working days to reflect in your account depending on the method of payment. Cash refunds and debit card refunds will be done as an EFT payment. Credit card and Edgars card refunds will be done through Head Office on the card that the purchase was made. Sale items: No refunds will be accepted on sale items. Exchanges allowed within 30 days.
The consumer agrees to transfer ownership of the returned sunglass product to the Sunglass Hut retail store. The returned sunglass product will not be given back to the consumer.
The Sunglass Hut retail store will assess the sunglasses to determine whether the claim falls within the terms of the Sunglass Hut – Perfect Pair Promise. The Sunglass Hut warranty department’s decision is final. You may also have a right to make a claim under the manufacturer’s own warranty for the sunglasses. You should check the manufacturer’s warranty for any right of return and conditions for return. The Sunglass Hut warranty department will in any case offer assistance for 24 months from the date of purchase, despite any shorter term of the manufacturer’s warranty. The Sunglass Hut – Perfect Pair Promise does not exclude or otherwise limit the terms of any manufacturer warranty. Sunglass Hut reserves the right in its discretion to cancel or modify the terms of the Perfect Pair Promise at any time.
For consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by the Sunglass Hut – Perfect Pair Promise are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. The Sunglass Hut - Perfect Pair Promise does not exclude or otherwise limit any rights or remedies of the consumer conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. For example, you may have additional rights of return where the sunglasses have a manufacturing defect.
