If an item is damaged when it gets to you, simply contact customer care within seven days of receiving your merchandise. The customer care agent will work with you to return the damaged merchandise and ask if you’d like to place an order for a new pair. There’s no need to wait for your credit or refund to order another pair, but you will not be credited or refunded until the damaged pair is received. The credit will take 3-5 business days (depending on your financial institution).
Check your order as soon as it arrives to make sure everything you ordered is there. If your order is incorrect or an item is missing, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We'll investigate the cause and work with you to resolve the issue. After 14 days of the delivery date, we do not accept responsibility for missing items. Only APO/FPO orders, which use USPS, may be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Yes, we do ship to Canada. Simply select Canada from the 'Select Country' drop down box at the top of any page to start shopping.
