I have owned a pair of Jose's for about 3 years. They have been sent in 2x for repair & need to be sent in again. The rubber nose and trim around the lens keeps separating from the frame. Need to tighten hinge screws every week now. quality just isn't there on this product.

So I am in an area where I can not go to a dealer to try on the glasses, so I bought 3 different pairs through online, the cabilito, rafael, and jose, I went with the Jose 580pb, truly the best pair of sunglasses glasses I have ever owned, being in the military and law enforcement I have owned many different pairs of glasses, Oakley, Arnette, ESS, wileyX, none of those even compare to the comfort, clarity, and style to my new Jose. I bought them specifically for a alaska fishing trip bought I have been wearing them everyday and actually gave my Oakleys away! Definitely recommend these for anyone with a medium size face and large nose, lol!!

I've had mine for about a year and love them. They are my go to glasses for everything from fishing to hanging by the pool. The clarity and color contrast are second to none. I must admit I have been wearing Costas for 12 years and still have all 3 pairs I have purchased and still wear them all. Like some I have used Costa's warranty program and have had nothing but great experiences. You can't beat a company who actually stands behind their product. If a manufacturer defect they will either fix or replace no questions asked.

I bought these a year ago and loved them at first but starting having problems immediately. Within a couple of months the rubber flies around the nose and lenses started separating. Them the paint or coating on the arms started bubbling. I sent them back and they sent me a new pair. 9 months later I'm having the same issue with the rubberized trim coming unglued. They are at the repair shop once again. Customer service is good but having to pay anything to have something repaired or replaced due to a defect is unacceptable.
