by Britjunkie I Just HAD to Have Them
I was in the store trying to decide between this pair of Prada sunglasses in brown and another brand's glasses that were similar in color and style and that were half the price of this Prada pair. And I kept standing in the full-length mirror taking them both on and off again, back and forth. Then I pulled my hair up and switched them back and forth. Then I let my hair down and did it again. I asked my mother, who was shopping with me, her opinion. I discussed the looks and features with the sales ladies. I really didn't want to spend $300 on a pair of sunglasses; I'm not worried about wearing certain labels, and I don't own anything else Prada besides these sunglasses. These sunglasses, though -- you put them on, and you feel like a movie star. I liked the other brand's similar design, as well, but these, these wrapped around my face like they were meant especially for me, designed around my face's measurements.
I have an oval face shape, and I don't think they'd look as good if my face was round because of how large the lenses are and how much room they take up on the face. I think oval- and heart-shaped faces are going to pull these off best. They almost make a seal across my face, which sometimes causes them to fog up when it's cold outside compared to the heat released from my face and eye sockets. I have to clean the lenses often, though, because they touch my eyebrows and cheekbones and can get makeup and facial oils on the edges of the lens.
Ultimately, these sunglasses are a phenomenal buy for me. I still cringe a little at the price, but I don't regret purchasing them because I think they're very "me". They're classy and modern at the same time with a splash of rockstar, and ultimately, I just felt like Prada had me in mind when they designed these sunglasses. I just HAD to have them.
(Pictures provided, but excuse the quality. These are taken from my laptop's camera at my desk after school. I'm a teacher - hence, not wanting to pay so much for sunglasses! Haha! But they're great, aren't they?)

I have to say that I am a little obsessed with Prada but not because of that I am going to give a good review. There are ugly Prada sunglasses out there.
My hubby gifted these to me from the sunglass hut at the mall because he saw I totally loved them since we went to see them the first time. It was love at first sight. Now, I don?t go anywhere without them.
If you are looking for chic, sophisticated, and sexy sunglasses, these are the pair. They are polarized and help a ton when the sun is very bright. They are shaped for a big or longer type of face. They fit my face perfectly good. Great style. They are comfortable. The eye size is 32 and the Bridge/Temple Size: 00/120. The lenses have a nice gradient that lets you see fine at the bottom and protects you from the sun on top. The color on the lenses is brown and the frame is plastic and metal. The plastic is tortoise and the metal is brass. They are very sturdy. I dislike when the arms on my sunglasses are flimsy. They are not very light in weight and that is a very good thing. Very good quality. Love the Prada logo triangle in both sides.
Almost all my sunglasses have been Prada, but these are for sure my favorite pair. I totally recommend them.

I have only had my Prada's a few weeks and I absolutely love them. They are solid yet light weight on my face and they look great with anything I wear from a bathing suit to a dress for special occasions and of cource shopping. Every girl should own at least one pair, hmm I may just need to go by another pair soon!
