Once you buy Maui why look at anything else. I had purchased Maui in the past. I had bought a pair of Ray Bans. They were nice. However, once I tried on these Maui Guardrails, I wondered why I even bought the Ray Bans. The Maui style as well as the polarized lenses cannot compare to any other brand. I also bought a pair of Maui sugar beach the same day. You get what you pay for in Maui. They are expensive but worth the protection received.

LOST MY RAYBANS AT THE AIRPORT , GOT TO MY DESTINATION NEEDED A NEW PAIR, HAD NO RAY BANS , TRIED MAUI JIM , SPENT MORE THAN I WANTED TO, BUT SO WELL WORTH IT, THE EYE PROECTION FROM THE SUN IS WONDERFUL, BEST DRIVING GLASSES I'VE EVER OWNED, THE SPRING LOADED TEMPLES KEEP THEM TIGHT BUT NOT UNCOMFORTABLE, THEY LOOK EVEN BETTER THAN I THOUGHT, I'VE BEEN A RAY BAN USER FOR YEARS , BUT I'D SPEND MORE $ TO HAVE THESE SUPERIOR SUN GLASSES . I'M A SUNGLASS JUNKIE, TAKE IT FROM A RAY BAN USER, JUST TRY THESE ON AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.

I played tennis in these and they were great — they reduced glare but not visibility. (I also wore a visor, which helped keep them on; no need for an ugly bungee cord.) Yes, they're expensive, but they're also stylish enough to wear post-match. One small point: If you get them for sports, they may interfere with your peripheral vision just a bit. So test them out during the trial period.
