Rated 4 out of 5 by Thunderwear Polarized lenses as good as Ray Ban's
I'm a die hard Ray Ban, glass, polarized lenses guy because they are so crisp when looking through them. Once you go polarized, you will never be happy with regular sunglasses. Couldn't find a Ray Ban pair that I liked this year, so tried out these Maui Jim's. The glass and clarity are as good as Ray Ban's and possibly a little lighter in weight. Would have been nice if there were more combinations of lens color vs. frame color, but the choices are still nice. These sunglasses have the springy temples which keeps me from breaking them. Good fit and finish and are very comfortable (of course this is so dependent on everyone's different face and head style). The only drawback about these glasses, is that it seems the coating on the inside of the lenses attracts oils more than the outside. So if you are prone to placing them on your head like I do, you might be cleaning them more often. Not easy to do unless you have a microfiber cloth, nothing else seems to work and just smears the lenses. Other than that, love the glasses.

Bought the black and bronze lens style for my winter sports (snowshoes running, cross-country skiing and snowboarding) and must admit that I was extremely surprised by the quality of the lens.
The lady at SunglassHut told me..."once you try Maui Jim, you never go back".
She was right!

Maui Jim produces the best lens mounted in great fitting frame .i prefer the bronze lens as it allows the contrast to separate shadows , highlights. Great for golf and water activities. Replacement lens program very fair and affordable should you ever need it , turn around in less than a week. Enjoy and mahalo

I had been a fan of Revo sunglasses for many years so when it was time to replace them I visited a local Sunglass Hut. The store manager suggested that I try this pair of Maui Jim's on. Not only were they more comfortable than my Revo's, they had better overall protection and unbelievable clarity in direct sunlight. I will never go back.
