Within 90 days of your purchase, you'll just need your proof of purchase and original packaging and we'll provide you with a complete refund or exchange. Drop off your package at any UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, or simply hand it to a UPS driver. You can track your return using UPS.com. A return to our Customer Care Center usually takes 3-5 business days to process once it is received. All returns use UPS Ground shipping. Customer shall bear the risk of loss for all items shipped to Sunglass Hut until Sunglass Hut accepts and receives the delivery from UPS at Sunglass Hut's address below. Sunglass Care
The best way to clean your sunglasses is by using a cleaner developed especially for eyewear lenses, along with a lens cleaning cloth, or a premoistened towelette.
Improper care can damage sunglass lenses, resulting in scratches or haziness, which in turn may cause eyestrain.
To avoid damage, do not clean your glasses with paper towels or clothing, which can grind dust and fibers into lenses leaving scratches. Avoid using household detergents or soaps. While a few mild soaps don't harm lenses, today's extra strength soaps are powerful enough to slowly disintegrate lens coatings. Also avoid glass cleaners, which are highly corrosive and can damage your lenses quickly. They are not made for the nonglass lens materials used in sunglasses. While none of these products will do immediately apparent damage to your lenses, over time and with repetition the damage will become apparent.

How can I track the status of my order?
When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive an email confirmation along with your shipping tracking number. Unless your order is being shipped to an APO/FPO address you can go to www.ups.com and enter your tracking number for delivery status. APO/FPO orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For purchases made in the continental United States, please use the guide below to estimate delivery time, based on shipping service.
- Standard: Allow 7-10 business days for delivery
- Second Business Day: Allow 2-3 business days for delivery
- Next Business Day: Allow 1-2 business days for delivery
Expedited orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. For Standard Orders, all orders will be processed and shipped the next business day. We do not ship to hotels.

Generally, when a product is sold out, it is likely that we will receive another shipment. However, some products that we carry may only be available to us in limited styles, colors and/or quantities. What do I do if my online order is incorrect or missing an item when I open the box?

Can I exchange an item purchased online?
Yes. To make the exchange process faster, please call our Customer Service at 1.800.SUNGLAS (1.800.786.4527), Monday-Friday 8AM-9PM EST; Saturday, 8AM-6PM EST, Sunday 1PM-6PM EST, and tell us you want a quick exchange. We will order and charge you for the new merchandise and send it out. While you wait for your new order, send us back the original merchandise and we will credit your account upon receipt.
You can also return the item following our regular return procedure (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
In addition, you may return any product purchased online to any of our almost 2,000 store locations as long as the terms of our return policy are met.
Can I return a gift that was purchased online?
If you received a gift and want to return it, please follow our regular return process. Full refunds can only be administered to the credit card used to purchase the gift. If you would like to return the gift to a store, we can help you exchange the item.
Can I return a gift card?
Sunglass Hut gift cards may not be returned. However, they have no expiration date and no dormancy fees may be charged.
What is the status of my return?
When selecting the method of shipping your return, Sunglass Hut recommends you send your package via a traceable method (FedEx, UPS, or insured mail) so that you may confirm we have received your package. Also, you may consider insuring your return.
Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the return package to reach our fulfillment center.

Can I use a gift card to make a purchase online? Yes, you can use your Sunglass Hut gift card to purchase merchandise online at sunglasshut.com, as well as in any of our nearly 2,000 store locations. Customers can use gift cards to make a full or partial payment for their order.
Gift card balances can be used to pay for the cost of merchandise and any taxes and shipping costs associated with the order. Multiple gift cards may be used to place a single order. Any order balance remaining after the application of gift cards must be paid with a valid credit card.
Can I make multiple purchases with my gift card?
Yes, customers may make as many purchases as they wish while their card still carries a balance. However, gift cards used for online orders will be locked upon order submission until the order is fully processed and shipped. During this period, balances remaining on the card will be unavailable for use.
