The upside triangle-shaped logo, inspired by the lock on Mario Prada's trunks, was created in the early ‘80s and since then has been one of the symbols of Prada and its history.
The triangle-shaped metal tag with the words "Prada Milano dal 1913" became internationally renowned after the launch of the first bags made of vela fabric, which has since become a signature fabric of the brand.
The logo was later applied to the different product categories, with the same staggering success.
