Unfortunately a Sunglass Hut Gift card cannot be returned. The black gift card is valid for 36months, but would require a balance check or purchase every 6months to ensure the card remains activated.

Not completely happy with your purchase? Our Satisfaction Guarantee means we’ll offer an exchange or refund up to 10 days after purchase. All you have to do is present your proof of purchase and return the product and packaging in its original condition.If replacement sunglasses are less or more expensive, then the difference will be refunded or must be paid respectively.
Refunds cannot be processed at the store. Refunds can take up to 3 days to process and up to 7 days to reflect in your account depending on the method of payment. Cash refunds and debit card refunds will be done as an EFT payment. Credit card and Edgars card refunds will be done through Head Office on the card that the purchase was made.

Breakage Protection Guarantee
Our Breakage Protection Guarantee means that if you break your new sunglasses you can return them to us, with your proof of purchase, and get an identical pair by paying only 50% of the full retail price*.
If the same pair of sunglasses aren’t available, due to them being out of stock or discontinued, you can:
- Get another pair of equal value by paying only 50% of the full retail price*of the original pair.
- If your replacement pair is of a greater value than your original pair, 50% of the full retail price of your original pair will be deducted from your replacement pair.
You can enjoy this offer once within the first 12 months after you purchase your sunglasses from Sunglass Hut. Excludes Sunglass Hut outlet stores.
