When you buy online you can return by post. It's that easy.
To exchange a an item purchased from sunglasshut.com/uk please take the item, along with proof of purchase, to any UK Sunglass Hut store. You have 30 days from the original date of purchase to exchange for another item. You will also need to bring your original method of payment with you.
You can exchange a gift that was purchased online by visiting one of our UK stores, but a full refund can only be administered to the credit card that was used to purchase the gift.
Unfortunately a Sunglass Hut gift card cannot be returned. They expire 12 months after the purchase date. So save it. Re-gift it. Or better yet, use it. You can always go for a new pair of sunglasses.
We offer free returns via UPS. Once you have taken your return package to a UPS Drop Off Point, or it has been collected bya a UPS driver, you are able to track your package by going to www.ups.com and use the tracking code provided for the return. Return package takes between 5-10 business days to reach our After Sales Centre, plus one extra business day for processing refund
You can't get a refund, but you can exchange your gift or receive store credit.
At Sunglass Hut, returns are easy. You can return online purchases in a store, or by shipping them to our After Sales Centre using our Free UPS Return Shipping.

Repackage your purchase in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product, making sure to fill and include your proof of purchases, along with your order number, name, address and telephone number. Make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
Organize your return. There are 2 options in order to return your order back to our After Sales Centre:
You can drop your package off at one of thousands of UPS Drop Off Points where they will take care of everyting for you, including the paperwork. To find the location of your nearest Drop Off Point simply visit www.ups.com/dropoff
Call UPS on 03457 877 877 in order to schedule date and time for UPS to pick-up the package from you. In this case you are required to fill the UPS return label in your package with sender name, address, signature and fasten it to your package.
It usually takes 5-10 for your order to reach our After Sales Centre, plus one day to be processed. Sunglass Replacement Discount
If you break your sunglasses within 12 months of your purchase, our Sunglass Hut Sunglass Replacement Discount lets you replace them with the same, or if unavailable, an equivalent pair at 50% off the original retail price.
This discount may only be used once and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. It does not apply to loss or theft, and you must present your proof of purchase. Maui Jim products and products sold as “Imperfect” are not eligible for this program.
All Sunglasses sold through Sunglass Hut are eligible for our 12 month warranty as standard. This means that if your purchase develops a fault we will refund or exchange your sunglasses at no charge. This is increased to a 24 month warranty for both Ray-Ban and Oakley styles! Please note that proof of purchase and original packaging will be required.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for customised styles once you have received a confirmation mail for your order.
We know that accidents happen and that shouldn't mean you can't enjoy your new sunglasses.
If damage does occur, bring your frames into store and we'll give you an identical pair at 50% off the full original retail price.
