If replacement sunglasses are less or more expensive, then the difference will be refunded or must be paid respectively.
Refunds cannot be processed at the store. Refunds can take up to 3 days to process and up to 7 days to reflect in your account depending on the method of payment. Cash refunds and debit card refunds will be done as an EFT payment. Credit card and Edgars card refunds will be done through Head Office on the card that the purchase was made.
Sale items: No refunds will be accepted on sale items. Exchanges allowed within 10 days.
